Watch MTV Video Music Awards 2009 live telecast will be at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on September 13, 2009 at 9 pm ET. Russell Brand will be this year’s VMA host with celebrity presenters Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ne-Yo, Cobra Starship and Leighton Meester.
